Frequently asked questions
Do I need a membership to be seen?
No. Traditional Care is billed to your insurance with no membership fee. Summit Base and Summit Plus are optional add-ons, never needed for the care your insurance covers.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence, Aetna, First Choice and PacificSource. We do not accept Medicaid.
What if I do not have insurance?
You can pay $150 per visit, or join Summit Direct for $175 a month, month to month. It is our only plan that includes primary care.
Do Summit Base or Summit Plus include primary care?
No. Your primary care visits are still billed to your insurance as usual. The add-ons give you texting with your doctor, a discount on services and, with Plus, regular labs.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, and there is no separate fee for telehealth visits.
